David Soong, LL.M

is a senior banking and conveyancing practitioner with experience in all areas of property work including property development projects, commercial property sales, tenancies and property financing. He is a graduate of Hull University and was admitted as an advocate and solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 1999. He worked for 3 years as a conveyancing lawyer with Shook Lin & Bok before taking a year out to complete his Masters of Laws at King’s College, London specialising in commercial and securities law. Since joining Raslan Loong in 2003, he has been handling a portfolio of real estate and property matters, corporate and commercial loans (both conventional and Islamic), and security documentation for private debt securities.
