Eow Khean Fatt, LL.B

is a senior legal practitioner who has been practising law since 1996 and has worked with a wide range of clients from inventors, small business owners to large multinationals.

He has extensive experience acting in intellectual property litigation, technically complex cases and criminal enforcement of IP rights as well as advising on non-contentious IP issues. Khean Fatt’s expertise covers all areas of intellectual property, including patent, trademarks, copyright, industrial designs, passing off and breach of confidentiality. He also manages worldwide trade mark portfolios of major companies.

He is a graduate of Leicester University. He commenced his legal career at Skrine in 1996 and was later admitted as a partner in the intellectual property department of that firm in 2004. He left in 2009 to jointly establish Shen, Eow & Partners in 2010, a predecessor to RLSE.
