Tang Ching Yee, LL.M

is a senior qualified UK solicitor with more than 10 years practical experience in residential and commercial conveyancing as well as retail banking work. She was born in the United Kingdom but grew up in Malaysia. At the age of 18, she left for the United Kingdom to sit her ‘A’ Levels. She graduated from London Metropolitan University with a First Class law degree and proceeded to train as a Solicitor of England and Wales. She later obtained a Masters degree in Laws at Kings College London. Whilst working in the UK, Ching Yee has had experience in residential and commercial conveyancing, lease extensions, enfranchisement, landlord & tenant, mortgages, immigration, wills and probate. She was called to the Malaysian Bar in 2014. She continues to work in residential conveyancing and retail banking involving properties in England, including new build homes, freehold and leasehold properties and well as Malaysian property and banking transactions. Apart from English, Ching Yee is fluent (both spoken and written) in Malay and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese).
