Our dispute resolution team provides litigation and dispute resolution services to our corporate clients. A wide variety of commercial disputes are handled by us in all Courts, and these include shareholder disputes, contractual claims, enforcement of indebtedness, insurance claims and infringement of intellectual property. A significant part of this practice involves company insolvency and corporate restructuring exercises involving court sanctioned schemes of arrangements.

Our partners also offer services as arbitrators and mediators both in and outside Malaysia, bringing many years of experience in commercial negotiations to bear. One of our founders, Loong Caesar, is an arbitrator on the panel of arbitrators of the Kuala Lumpur Regional Centre for Arbitration.
